The colour of the saree was exactly as shown in the pictures, so no complaints there. The customer service was also really good, and I received the saree within the promised delivery time.

That said, I honestly felt a bit disappointed when I opened the package. For a saree that around ₹11,000, I expected the fabric to feel much more premium and the packaging to be far more luxurious. Unfortunately, neither lived up to the price. While the saree looked nice, it just didn't give me the feeling of wearing or unboxing an ₹11,000 saree. Overall, I don't think the quality quite justifies the price.
