I bought 2 sarees. One costing below 10,000 & the other above 10,000. The pink one i bought had very less work than the blue one. Blue was costing lesser than the pink one. So I requested an exchange. They flatly refused saying that products costing more than 10,000 will not be exchanged. This protocol is very weird and not customer friendly. Had the products been as advertised on the website I would not have requested the exchange, but the sari was not at all as per expectation and not worth the price
